By registering with BSH users agree to accept and abide by these Terms. Terms are subject to change, however, will contain the following principles. If a user disagrees with the following terms, we ask the user not to make use BSH services.

BSH is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred through third party websites or services. BSH cannot be held responsible or liable for any information published on BSH by its users, including any content or communication created between you and a registered user. Agreeing to these conditions you grant BSH permission to publish your address, in order to properly advertise your services among your community, and the communities you will be servicing. The publication of your address will be used strictly for the purpose of attracting additional more customers in your area.
Third Party Content, Sites, and Services
BSH does not employ the use of pop up ads, running banners, or cross marketing. Limitations
You agree that BSH can at any time enforce limitations of any rightful kind upon its users. Presently BSH does not have any limitations other than the acknowledgement and agreement of our Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.
Access to the Service
BSH welcomes all viewers to sign up for our services. There are no exceptions or qualifications as to who can sign up on BSH. BSH provides you limited access to our database in order to promote and advertise your services, or find local help for services you need performed. At no time does. Termination of Service
If at anytime you are found to be abusive, or in direct violation of the Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, or the law, BSH will remove you from the site, by deleting your account, blocking your IP address, and take any action deemed necessary to prevent you from performing the same acts.
Propriety Rights
All content, material, and images uploaded to BestStudentHelp.com by BSH employees is copyrighted. You agree not to misuse any of this content for your own purposes other than to advertise the services of BSH. Although BSH does not authenticate any content published by its users, you agree not to misuse any content that is provided by BSH users. You also agree not to use any information provided on Best Student.com for any use other than acquiring a Student or Customer.
Disclaimer of Warranties
BSH is not responsible for any complaints you may have with other users. BSH is not responsible for providing you with business, or work. BSH is strictly a database of Students and Customers in your area. We are here to provide you with information about registered users that provide service in your area. BSH is not liable for any complaints you may have about a Students work ethic or quality of work. Registered users of BSH are not insured, or bonded through Best Student Help. Any job you receive or offer to a Best Student Help user is a contract between yourself and that user. BSH is a means to find that user. We are not a staffing agency, representative, provider, or employer to any users. By providing services on BSH, you agree to represent yourself properly, and perform the jobs you are hired for correctly. By hiring Students through BSH.com you are agreeing that any issue you have with the quality or work performed, or the Student personally, must be resolved between you and the Student. BSH is not legally responsible for settling any disputes you may have with another user. Neither is BSH obligated to become involved in such disputes. In using our services, you agree that any additional contract entered into between yourself and a third party/user is solely your responsibility and that of the third party/user and therefore BSH will be in no way responsible for any dispute that may take place between yourself and the user.
Indemnity
It is agreed upon that you cannot hold BSH, or BSH employees responsible for any loss or damages that may occur while using the services advertised on BSH.com or any third party services advertised by registered users.
General Information
These Conditions of Use create an agreement by You and beststudenthelp.com. By using our site, you are agreeing to abide by all terms listed.
Violation of Terms and Liquidated Damages
Violation of these Terms warrants legal action for up to ten times the amount of damage.
