Common Client Questions

  • Until the final time and date of your job has been accepted, we simply authorize your card. Upon acceptance we capture the funds.
  • Upon verifying your credit card information we will provide you with contact information for the helper. They should be in contact within 24 hours.
  • You can cancel the job for a full refund at any time prior to the day the work has been scheduled. Work canceled without a days notice (12 hours) will be charged a cancelation fee of $20.

Please Remember!

  1. Best Student Help provide labor only: Unless you request specific tools, do not assume they will provide any equipment.
  2. Students helping with moving and cleaning jobs do not provide a truck to move or transport your items or waste.
  3. Please communicate any special needs with your students: If you have any special needs, or out of the ordinary requests, make sure to communicate them when the manager first contacts you.
